         Robert joined the Air Force at 20, and was stationed at Seymour Johnson in North Carolina as Security Forces.  Upon returning home, Robert became a SC Highway Patrol man for 7 years.  As is sadly the case with Law Enforcement, Firefighters and EMT's, it is more of a calling and the need for side work is often a necessity due to low compensation.  He began working with a friend installing garage doors and found that he had a passion for it.  He started his own business in the trade in 2004.

        It's the fact that they care!  In our conversation, Robert said that he wants to treat people the way he would want to be treated.  As the discussion about the importance of customer service developed, Trisha the office manager (Robert's Sister-in-law) joined in, showing that their passion for customer service is a team effort at All About Garage Doors.  They said that

All About Garage Doors is active in the community sponsoring many youth activites such as: Summerville Softball, ROTC at Ashley Ridge, Parks Field Baseball and more...  Robert is a family man who has been married 22 years and has a 19 year old daughter and a 14 year old son.
